Complete Your Paperwork
Fill out the required paperwork before your stay. Getting this done ahead of time means a smoother, faster drop-off for everyone.
Arrive on Time for Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop-off and pick-up times are by appointment — please arrive at your scheduled time.
Drop-offs 4:15–5:30 PM · Pick-ups 10:00–11:30 AM
Arriving late may result in a late arrival fee. One-night stays are $75 if pick-up is after 12PM. Need a different time? Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Give Us a Heads Up — Smooth Transition
If your dog tends to be nervous or unsure in new environments, let Tony know ahead of time. We can arrange a Meet & Greet before the stay so your dog arrives as a familiar face, not a stranger.
Don’t Forget Food
Bring your dog’s food in a clearly labeled container or in pre-portioned baggies. Make sure your pup’s name is on everything — especially if you have multiple dogs.
Have Payment Ready at Drop-Off
