Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at drop-off. We keep it simple — no invoices, no billing after the fact. Just have your payment ready when you arrive.
Before You Arrive
Complete Your Paperwork
Fill out the required paperwork at nalasranch.com/paperwork before your stay. Getting this done ahead of time means a faster, smoother drop-off for everyone.
Book an Appointment
Drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only. Call (727) 638-8206 to schedule your slot and confirm your dates.
Pack Your Dog’s Food
Bring your dog’s own food in a clearly labeled container or pre-portioned baggies with their name on them. Keeping your dog on their regular diet helps avoid stomach upset during the stay.
Give Tony a Heads-Up
If your dog tends to be nervous in new environments, let Tony know ahead of time. We can arrange a Meet & Greet before the stay so your dog arrives as a familiar face, not a stranger.
Have Payment Ready
Full payment is due at drop-off. We accept cash, check, or Zelle. No billing after the fact.
Arrive on Time
Please arrive within your scheduled appointment window. Late arrivals may result in a fee. We’re at 15220 Loma Ave, Spring Hill, FL 34610. Fair warning: there’s a dirt road on the way in. Worth it.
